Ordering & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard ground shipping is $8, and expedited shipping is $25. Orders over $150 receive free shipping.
When will my order ship?
Our standard order processing is 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow the delivery to your doorstep.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard ground shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on where you’re located. Need it faster? We offer FedEx 2-Day shipping so you can receive your new favorite thing even sooner.

Product Fit & Sizing
How does this item fit? (oversized, true to size, etc.)
While generally our items run true to size, there is some variance depending on material. Our pointelle pieces, for instance, are stretchier than our poplin pieces. We recommend referencing the product page for the best guidance on fit!

How do I wash these items?
We want to help ensure your new pieces stay looking their best for years to come. Here are the care instructions for our pieces:
To maintain the softness and integrity of this fabric, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle. For best results and to avoid shrinkage, lay flat to dry. Avoid using bleach to preserve the fabric’s color.

Do you offer discount codes?
The easiest way to stay in the know is by creating a Daphne account and opting into our emails and texts. It’s free, takes just a sec, and you'll be the first to hear about exclusive perks and exciting news.
Just a quick note: only discount codes sent directly from Daphne (that’s us) are valid. If it didn’t come from our team, it’s not the real deal.
Why didn’t my discount code work?
You can apply your discount code at checkout in the “Promo Code” or “Discount Code” box before completing your purchase. You can use one code per purchase, and some codes may have restrictions (like minimum spend or item exclusions), so be sure to read the fine-ish print.
If your code isn’t working, double-check for typos, expiration dates, or whether the item is already marked down. Still stuck? Reach out—we’re happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- Items must be unworn, in original condition and with tags on.
- A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Prefer store credit? Great—we’ll waive the return shipping fee for store credit returns.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, email us at claire@daphnethelabel.com. We’ll guide you through the steps and send you a return shipping label.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed. Refunds typically appear in your account within 10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange my item?
We don’t currently offer exchanges due to limited inventory. Place a new order if you see the item is in stock so you can snag it while it’s available! Reach out to claire@daphnethelabel.com to help get things started with a return.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 7 business days after your return is received at our warehouse for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be deposited into your account.

Can I edit my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it starts processing pretty quickly—so we’re usually not able to make changes or cancel it after checkout (our team moves fast!).
