Refund policy

We hope you love your Daphne pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition and with tags on.

• By paying $4.98 on your order at checkout, you will qualify for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to avoid higher return fees. 

• If you choose not to opt in to the fee at checkout, a flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Prefer store credit? Great—we’ll waive the return shipping fee for store credit returns.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges due to our limited inventory. If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order to reserve the item before it sells out. In the meantime, we’ll help you process a return.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed. Refunds typically appear in your account within 10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
